THE UNIVERSITY

Jain Vishva Bharati Institute, a Deemed University in Ladnun (Rajasthan) is known for its commitment for integration of modern science with ancient wisdom of the great spiritual practitioners and visionary seers. The institution has been established with the inspiration of Ganadhipati Gurudev Tulsi (1914-1997), a great saint, 9th Acharya of Jain Terapanth Sect at his birth place in Ladnun (Dist.-Nagaur-Rajasthan) and is fostering human values for peaceful coexistence of individuals, groups, communities, sects, races, religions and nations for the weal of mankind.

DEDICATING THE NATUROPATHY & YOGA HOSPITAL TO THE MANKIND

Since the 10th Acharya of the Terapanth Sect and a great Philosopher of his time; Acharya Shree Mahaprajna, always emphasized that the healing power of nature has the innate ability to heal and believed that health embraces not the body only, but the mind and spirit as well and not today's pain or pleasure alone, but the whole being and outlook of a man, his successor Acharya Shree Mahashraman has inspired the University to create excellence in the sphere of health care through Yoga & Naturopathy. The University has developed a state of the art treatment facility as the first phase of this mega Project and is presenting this modern edifice to the humanity at large. It is believed that it shall stand as a tribute to an ancestry of aesthetic sense and impart knowledge in all branches of the ancient art of Nature Cure and Yoga. Acharya Shree Mahashraman; the present Acharya; has inspired the University to create excellence in the sphere of health care through Yoga & Naturopathy, by way of conducting the BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences); the Five and Half years Medical Degree course in Naturopathy and Yoga in this great institution.

  • To effectively integrate the conventional basic sciences with the traditional medical systems and to enhance the understanding of the subject.
  • To provide state of the art learning facilities (e.g. audio visual aids, interactivelearningsystems)toconceptualizetheancientmedicalsystem.
  • To run advanced laboratories under basic and clinical science for effective experimental training and research.
  • To explore the possibilities of promoting effective integrated medical practice at conventional medical facilities attached to the institute.
  • To prepare every naturopathy and yogic student with an in depth understanding of basic sciences, superior clinical training and with an outlook for research and development.
  • To provide low cost treatment to poor and needy through its hospital.
