Vice-Chancellor Prof. B.R. Dugar awarded with the '100 Most Influential Vice-Chancellors'

Mumbai, 24 June, 2016. It is proud moment for the JVB University that Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. B.R. Dugar is awarded with the '100 Most Influential Vice-Chancellors' by World Education Congress, held on 23rd June, 2016 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai.

The selection process was purely based on the criteria of strategic perspective, support infrastructure, future orientation, research citations, track record, integrity and ethics, ability for sustainable education and evaluation approach.

The jury consisted of prominent personalities around the globe like Harish Mehta, Emeritus Chairman, World MHRD Congress & Founder Member, NASSCOM, Professor Tom Hilton, Global Chairman, Asia Pacific, HRM Congress, Prof. Indira Parikh, President, Antardisha & India's Iconic HR leader, Dr. R.L. Bhatia, Founder, World CSR Day and World CSR Congress were among the jury. The theme for the Congress was "Quality Education for Sustainable & Inclusive Growth". The prominent speakers for the occasion were H.E. Bouapao, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Education & Sports Lao PDR, Prof. Lazarus Hangula, Vice Chancellor, University Namibia, Chris Howarth, Founder, United World Schools, Lt. Gen. Zameer-ud-din-Shah, Vice Chancellor, Aligarh Muslim University, Prof. R.C. Sobti, Vice Chancellor, BabaSaheb Ambedkar University.
